Restart Questions

 

 

A defender, not the goalkeeper, takes a goal kick.  Before the ball leaves the penalty area he notices that an attacker player starts to make an attempt to get the ball.  The defender runs after the ball and picks it up before that attacker can touch it.

Re-starts and disciplinary actions
